An original production background from the Mickey Mouse and Pluto animated short, "Pluto's Party" (1952). Featuring a delightful rendering of a backyard party setup, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. Measuring 10"x 12" overall, with the image itself measuring 9"x12", the background is in very good conditon with page discoloration, edge and corner wear due to age and use.
